EvBoo User Roles

One of the nice features that EvBoo provides is the ability to delegate tasks to other members of your event team. The main Event Admin is able to create new user accounts for other members of the Event Team and assign them specific permissions within EvBoo. Below is a summary of the User Roles available in EvBoo and the access that each role provides.

Event Rep / CommitteeMembers of the Event Organising team / committeeRead Only access to the list of registrations.
Event AdministratorThe person responsible for managing EvBoo for this event. This role can access all information, including personal information from all registrations and can change the configuration of the system.
Event Booking AdminAnyone involved in managing the registration process for the event.This role can access all information, including personal information from all registrations and record payments etc. They are unable to configure the EvBoo system.
Admin Centre User (onsite)Intended for anyone on the admin team that is onsite at the event.This role can access all information, including personal information from all registrations and record payments etc. They are unable to configure the EvBoo system.
Organisation / County / Division / District RepCommissioners (e.g. District, Division or County Commissioner or Assistant such as ADC Scouts).Read Only access to see list of registrations within their organisation (e.g. their division or district). For this to function, districts, divisions and groups must be provided.
Service TeamLeaders of an event service teamRead and Modify personal information of members of their service team and can view payments etc.
Safety / Stewarding TeamLeaders of the Event Safety / Stewarding Team.As with Service Teams however can also see personal information of all attendees during the event.
First Aid CentreMembers of the Event Service TeamAs with Service Teams however can also see personal information of all attendees during the event.
Gate / Offsite Transport TeamMembers of the Event Service Team that are responsible for managing gates and dispatching transport to offsite activities.They can view Participant Location information including participants details. They can also search for participants in order to locate their ID.
Activity Team AdminMembers of the Event Activity Planning TeamRead and Modify personal information of members of the Activity Team. In addition can see, edit and approval events provided.
Activity ProviderAn activity provider.Can read and edit member of their own activity provider team (either commercial or organisational). This is a role similar to the registration user but for activity providers rather than attendees.
Registration UserLeaders of groups attending the event.Can read and edit the personal about their group (section only). They can submit activity details (if enabled) and view payments made and due.
